We are working with a brilliant client who is established and thriving within the Financial Planning space and is expanding its Paraplanning team in Bracknell. We are seeking an individual who has experience with the management of a team, who is numerical and analytical, and who is extremely organized.
Day-to-day duties would include:
- Prepare suitability reports, completing technical research when required
- Hold appraisals, one-to-one meetings & performance updates with staff
- Provide training & mentoring to the team of Paraplanners
- Be a focal point for the team in terms of technical knowledge and processes
- Work in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including the Managing Partner & Training and Development teams
- Keeping the team up-to-date with any changes within the business that could impact the team
Requirements:
- Experience in Paraplanning with solid technical knowledge
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Proven record of delivering written financial advice
- Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
- Able to positively influence individuals
- Highly numerical, analytical, and literate
