Job Description

The main duties of the role will include:-

• Supporting the team with a variety of tasks including events management and achieving KPI's for sales orders in addition to promotional offers.
• Manage staff budgets for this 7-day a week operation.
• Organise financial reports and use analytical skills to develop and execute action plans to raise opportunity for increased profits.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking to maximise existing shop revenue.
• Support with the website and e-commerce revenue streams as well as identifying incremental growth opportunities for the business.
• Help with the overall business strategy to raise brand awareness.
• Inspire, mentor and develop your team to reach their potential and deliver exceptional customer service.
