Project Administrator

Job description

As we move through 2023 OCU group continues on a path of significant growth. This means our teams are expanding which has created an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Virgin Media Division at our Borehamwood office. You

provide efficient and effective administration support to the projects operational team and act as point of contact for teams/supervisors with regards to plant exchanges new plant requirements plant moves small tools deep ex requirements etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates to client through web based activity tracker
• Maintain a log of small tools/plant
• Ordering/keeping track of consumables
• Check collate and obtain manager approval for timesheet processing
• Handle customers complaints and enquiries escalating as appropriate
• Assisting teams/supervisor with their iPad/tablets (liaising with IT when needed)
• Arrange PPE for new starters
• Provide support with all project documentation production of job packs replenishing drawings/maps
• Keep accurate records and maintain data to enable timely and effective reports
• Ordering of stationary/office requirements
• Attend meetings when required to provide admin support and minutes
• Provide general admin support to operational team
• Carry out any other duties appropriate for the role.

Skills & Experience

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point and Outlook)
• Experience within a busy office environment
• Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable
