Job description
Dyer & Butler are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Resilience team. Primarily supporting our Aviation sector covering planned and reactive resourcing for our key clients in the Hounslow area.
The Resilience team provides resource services for a range of operational needs, including invaluable support to our client with onsite trained personal at short notice fulfilling key roles to support a controlled return to normal operations.
This role would be based around Heathrow Airport- suitable for existing Managers or Potentially an Experienced resource planner looking to progress their career to the next level. With experience in coordinating/mobilising high number of resource and ensuring training standards and mandatory skills are met.
Role Purpose:
To manage the Resilience Contract. Support business through best utilisation of systems, technology, time, and resources, ensuring standards are met through high quality-controlled documentation, processes and procedures.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Manage and programme training plans.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ensure accountability for pass management and compliance.
- Prepare service reports containing information, conclusions and recommendations.
- Manage and control all resource provision for Client Resilience needs.
- Good communications skills and ability to work well with other teams and departments at all levels both internally and externally, including client liaison.
- Excellent data management and Quality Control.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the quality of delivered products by identifying and introducing improvement opportunities.
- Train, support, mentor and guide teams.
- Share knowledge and coach other team members in order to support improvements in team’s performance.
- Keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards.
- Desire for self-development and continuous self-improvement.
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in management of varied personnel, and demonstrable experience of delegation under pressure.
- Specific experience of health and safety related standards and regulations typically involving plant operations and or aviation.
- Persuasive with strong influencing skills with energetic and effective relationship.
- Ability to make and implement timely decisions to maximise service.
