Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Derby/Nottingham branch as a Senior or Executive Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a desk that supplies temporary staff to clients in the Nottingham area.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after training. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior or Executive Consultant in Derby will include:

• Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships in the Nottingham area
• Joining the team and working in the Derby office on some days
• Business to business sales call and marketing activities working to targets
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
• Sourcing and recruiting temporary staff
• Building relationships with your clients and candidates
• Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
