Looking for a Java role where you will have ongoing L&D opportunities as well as a structured roadmap in terms of progression? IntaPeople are delighted to be partnered with a fintech to scale up the product engineering team as they embark on a huge global acquisition.
Based in the heart of Cardiff, they are a thriving fintech creating asset management and equipment finance software for a range of multinational clients; their software is well proven all over Europe.

About you…
You’ll be an inquisitive engineer with a passion for learning; they don’t have a list of must-haves, we want to hear from Java Developers who can add real value.

About the tech..
Essential:
Experience developing REST APIs with Java (preferably Java 8+) and Spring Boot
Knowledge of SQL DB’s, preferably Postgres or Oracle
Experience working with modern Continuous Integration tooling such as Jenkins
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Experience with automated unit and integration testing
A passion for solving problems
Nice to have:
Experience with Docker or other containerization tools
Experience developing on the Cloud such as AWS, GCP, Azure
Experience with Typescript and React, Angular, or other similar Front End frameworks
Experience with WDIO or Selenium for automated browser testing
