Are you dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become an Assistant Team Manager in our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team within the Referral & Assessment service.
Your Role:
As a vital member of Slough Children First's management team, you will lead our team, providing the necessary support and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional services that safeguard children and young people. Your responsibilities include:
Effectively utilizing professional resources and evidence-based approaches, including systemic practice, to implement interventions and support for children and families.
Efficiently managing caseload distribution to ensure the appropriate meeting of children and young peoples needs.
