**Business Development Manager**

**Leicestershire, LE12**

**£24,000 D.O.E.**

**Monday-Friday Office Hours - Flexibility required**

**Experience required: IT systems experience and business development experience**

Our client, based in Leicestershire, are looking for a Business Development Manager with IT knowhow, to spearhead their sales strategies, and Telecoms and IT solutions to SME's across the East Midlands.

Duties:

* Generating and selling Telecoms, IT Solutions and connectivity (WI-FI, Broadband, Ethernet) and CCTV solutions to businesses across the East Midlands
* Self generating your own business
* The role involves a split of roughly 75% new business and 25% repeat business/lapsed clients
* Cold canvassing and calling which can include telephoning, emailing, door knocking and social media
* Attending networking events, such as exhibitions, evening events, lunches, breakfast meetings, coffee mornings etc
* Also dealing with incoming enquiries
