JOB TITLE: Host/Receptionist
LOCATION: Greenhithe, Kent
SALARY: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour

TERM: Temporary
HOURS: 8.30am and 5.00pm

We believe in providing our customers with an unforgettable showroom experience and are seeking a dedicated Host to be the face of the dealership.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Greet and attend to all visitors in a timely and efficient manner, guiding and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting


• Maintain a clean, tidy and professional reception environment at all times


• Prepare meeting rooms ensuring cleanliness, appropriate equipment and stationery


• Support with the travel arrangements, airport pickups, etc. for visitors to and from the UK office, as and when required


• Manage of all inbound & outbound post, deliveries and couriers


• Order and maintain correct levels of stock such as printing paper, envelopes and business cards etc.

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Proven experience working within a similar role


• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook


• Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing


• Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently


• Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
