Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy.
- Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts, including market research and advertising.
- Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and develop the marketing strategy and plan based on the company's objectives and budget.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, aiming for maximum ROI.
- Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and align the marketing plan accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Director should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in various marketing software and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
