Portadown / Hybrid (up to 2 days at home)

Up to £30,000 DOE | Bonus | Enhanced Pension | Flexible start / finish times | 33 days annual leave (inc stats) & more

Key Responsibilities:

As a Materials Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring the on-time delivery of materials to production while maintaining optimal inventory levels.  Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse supplier portfolio, ensuring timely material delivery and building strong supplier relationships
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Utilising diagnostic and reporting mechanisms to identify and resolve challenges within the supply chain
• Conducting root cause analysis and providing recommendations for improvement
• Delivering regular metric reports and presentations
• Achieving and reporting on KPIs

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain with 0-2 years of relevant experience (can include placement experience)  within a supply chain related role

Additional Qualities:

• Strong business skills
• Project management expertise
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
