Salary range: £34,000-£40,000

Nonstop Care is working with a well established independent fostering agency, in the South East, who is looking for a skilled supervising social worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are offering a chance at a fostering role that is only supervision . This means you won’t have to complete Form F assessments or Annual Reviews and can focus on dedicating your time to your case load of foster carers ensuring you give the best care possible and leaving you without the added stress of additional work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and train foster carers
• Manage a caseload in the Kent area
• Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
• Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
