About the role
As the Service Manager, you will provide leadership and management to a team supporting residents in our Watford detox housing provision. You will support the service’s delivery of a range of interventions designed to prevent the escalation of substance misuse, reduce the harm of any current use and support the move towards behaviours that support wellbeing and active citizenship.
You will also lead on the recruitment and training of volunteer Recovery and Wellbeing Coaches and ensure that staff and coaches are given quality supervision, training, and support.
