Job description

We are recruiting for a an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a fast-growing Private Equity backed Financial Services business in Altrincham. You will receive a basic salary of £40,000 along with uncapped commission – OTE – £70,000+ for year 1.

You will be helping UK business owners to unlock significant tax savings they are unaware of. Your role will involve contacting the decision makers of businesses and explain how you can help the business get tens of thousands of pounds completely on a no-win, no-fee basis. You’ll be consultative in your sales approach and not afraid of completely cold, standing start sales – we do have inbound strategies, though, to help you along the way.

The Package for the Business Development Manager:

• Basic Salary of – £40,000 with uncapped commission with a realistic first-year OTE of £70,000
• Car Allowance plus use of fuel car for visits
• Office Hours Mon – Fri
• Private health care
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Regular social and team events

Duties for the Business Development Manager:

• Contacting decision makers of Business
• Pipeline management
• Attending appointments
• Working in a fast-paced target driven environment

Skills for the Business Development Manager:

• We would like to hear from you if you have experience as Business Development Manager, BDM or Account Manager with proven experience of making high volume outbound calls
• You will have proven experience of a minimum 2 years working in a cold calling, high volume outbound calls
• You’ll need access to a car and a full licence to attend client meetings
