About the Role:
Join a thriving Commercial team operating across multiple offices. As the chosen Commercial Partner, your focus will be on IP, IT, and data protection matters. Your responsibilities will span routine and complex commercial transactions, research and development activities, and strategic outsourcing/service-related projects. Additionally, you will provide expertise in technology, e-commerce, and the internet, offering advice on innovative technological solutions and addressing data protection concerns. Your role will extend to advising clients on the existence, ownership, protection, development, and exploitation of their intellectual property rights.
About You:

With 5+ years PQE and prior experience in commercial law, you will work closely with the Head of Team and other Partners. The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently, collaboratively with colleagues, and managing client relationships successfully.
