About The Role
Role – Night Support Worker
Location – The Manse, Lower Freystop.
Salary – £11.25 to £11.80 per hour

Full Time: 30 hours per week - 2 week rolling rota
Week 1: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights

Located in the small friendly village of Freystop, on the outskirts of Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, The Manse is a spacious home for up to 5 adults from age 18.

A typical day will include:

- Providing high quality bespoke care to the people we support, including keeping accurate records.
- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment, and that it feels like home.
- Being a positive role model to the people we support and promoting their independence through a range of activities.
- General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and elements of personal care.
- Having fun with the people we support!

- The ability to work flexibly and reliably as part of a team.
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
- Candidates with a full UK licence and access to their own vehicle is essential due to the rural location of the home.
