Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons that captivate and inspire students.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities and enrichment activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience teaching Science at the secondary level, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Passion for science education and a commitment to nurturing students' curiosity and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of learners and respond to changing priorities.
