Job description
Respect for All CIO (RfA) is a Charity providing specialist client led counselling services for autistic people and people with learning disabilities and their families and carers within the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester.
What will you be doing?We have operated since 2002, been a registered charity since 2009, and were approved by the Charity Commission to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in 2020. We are seeking to appoint additional Trustees to join the existing Board of Trustees and to add to our skill set. We are proud of the work we have done over the last 20 years, and we want to continue to build our Charity for the future. Our vision is to provide for all who need this service across Greater Manchester.
What are we looking for?We are looking for some of the following skills and experience for our board:
You will be joining a very dedicated team of people who will value your expertise. Being a Trustee for RfA can be a very rewarding experience, you will be supporting a group of people who may sometimes be excluded from many services for a variety of reasons. You will be joining a dedicated team of Trustees, and an organisation that is clear about its own values (set out below) and which is actively linked in across the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care system
