The Opportunity:
Rovco are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer and the wider Sales team.
The Executive Assistant must be a creative selfstarter and enjoy working in an environment that drives transformation. It is a missionfocused resultsdriven organisation.
The ideal individual will be able to exercise good judgement in various situations with strong written and verbal communication administrative and organisational skills. The ability to maintain a realistic balance among priorities is a must.
You must be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion.
We work in an exciting and dynamic environment where every day is likely to be a little different but here are some of the main responsibilities you will have in the role:
- Working directly with the CRO to support all aspects of their daily work routine
- Maintain the CRO calendar including scheduling meetings appointments travel (may include domestic and international) arranging dinners social events and any public appearances
- Managing expenses for the CRO and their team
- Organise and attend select meetings take notes capture action items and ensure follow through
- Support the CRO and the Sales team with general administrative duties such as preparing memos letters invoices and other documents
- Quality checking proposals and external correspondence for accuracy
- Managing phone calls taking messages and supporting external visitors or guests
- Adhoc office management responsibilities such as organising office layout being a point of contact for any office space related issues or requests
- Deal with highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence
- Provide support to the Business Support team working closely with the EAs and offering cover when required
You should apply if you have experience in a similar PA or EA role supporting a Sales Executive or Director. With proven experience in engaging and communicating with business stakeholders at senior levels as well as sales teams.

- Proactive approach to supporting the CRO and problemsolving with strong decisionmaking capabilities
- Experience supporting a fastpaced Sales team experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Experience working in a similar industry to Rovco would be an advantage
- Growth mindset and emotional intelligence
- Positive and kind attitude and focus on being an effective team member
- Be able to work in a fastmoving environment whilst being adaptable in a rapidly growing company
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise accordingly to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
