Job Description
- Oversee the execution of the site's reliability strategy.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in line with the company's objectives.
- Ensure maintenance plans are in place and executed appropriately.
- Manage and develop a team of reliability engineers.
- Provide technical support to the production team.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth production.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Report on key performance indicators.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reliability Lead should have:
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
