EUD Operations Lead

Hybrid 2 days per week in Kidlington
Salary: £49,881

As an EUD Operations Lead, you will ensure the smooth running of EUD day-to-day services and the delivery of moves, events and projects. You will also define important aspects of the role for which you will be responsible for results or outcomes.
In your first few weeks in this EUD Operations Lead role, you can expect to:
- Have overall responsibility for the service delivery of EUD services to the forces
- Ensure the service is delivered in line with business priorities
- Provide a method where the team can provide feedback on service improvements, holding accountability for delivering the service improvement plan and measurements
- Collaboratively work on the forecast demand for EUD operations, moves, events and projects, ensuring a full schedule is in place to manage any up-and-coming moves
To apply for this EUD Operations Lead role, you will need previous experience working in ICT operational delivery. You will also require the following:
- Experience managing a team within an End User Device organisation
- To be service delivery focused with excellent communication skills
- Experience in delivering services to a high-quality standard
- Experience providing services in a busy environment
