VANRATH are working with a market leading manufacturer based in Belfast, who are currently recruiting a Financial Analyst to join their team. If you are a problem solver, with data analysis experience, this could be the ideal role to take the next step in your career!

The Financial Analyst will join a large finance function, for one of the world's most recognisable manufacturing businesses. You will have strong MS Excel skills, with financial modelling knowledge, along with a sound understanding of accounting concepts. This role with give you the chance to become an integral part of the wider finance team within the business, ambitious individuals will be given the opportunity to further develop within their career.

About you

• Qualified Accounting Technician or Part-Qualified Accountant with 3+ years' experience in a financial capacity
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, comfortable with financial modelling
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Understanding of KPIs

What you'll do

• Completion of month end material unit cost reports
• Assessment of internal controls to assure the quality of information
• Develop financial costing systems to support functionality throughout the business
• Budget analysis and ongoing support
• Ad hoc project accounting
