Salary: up to £55k

Are you an experienced Tax professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager with our client. The role will be to lead a high-performing department and ensure the delivery of industry-leading services to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure work is delivered within budget and timeframes
- Ensure adherence to departmental deadlines, policies, and proactively address potential issues
- Recruit and develop a skilled team dedicated to delivering quality service
- Design and implement planning processes to meet client needs
- Facilitate communication between the team and Directors
- Provide feedback on work quality, highlighting areas for development
- Develop technical knowledge to complete bespoke client work and enhance team capabilities
- Build strong relationships with Directors, team members, and clients
- Secure correct client documentation efficiently to meet deadlines
- Implement systems, training, and development initiatives to enhance team utilization and skills
- Attend external events and client meetings to expand your client network
- Collaborate with Directors and Associate Directors to win new client business
- Develop and communicate business plans, opportunities, and improvement ideas to ensure department growth
Ideal Candidate:
- ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Experience working in a similar role in a UK Accountancy firm
- Confident leading a team
- Experienced with UK Tax computations
