Location: Richmond Villages Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, OX28 5DG Salary range: £11.78 per hour - Paid breaks We are committed to our employees and have introduced a recent pay increase, these pay rates will rise again in April 2024 Contract: Permanent Shift Pattern: Part time, 25 hours per week. You'll help us make health happen by: - Working closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing, you'll provide financial administrative support, assisting with purchase ledger, invoice entry and responding to accounts queries
- Answering the phone in a friendly and courteous manner and acting as Receptionist for Head Office when required
- Assisting staff and visitors with arranging meetings, refreshments and paperwork
- Taking notes at meetings and maintaining the filing system
- Acting as Office Manager during absence as required
- Ensuring housekeeping within the office is of a high standard
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: You hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) and a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration would be advantageous. With previous experience in an office environment, you have a basic understanding of accounts and invoicing and you're confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Friendly and professional, both face to face and over the phone, you're organised and able to work well within a team. With a dedicated and efficient work ethic, you thrive in a busy environment and are able to handle a varied workload.
Because we care for vulnerable people, we'll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
