Within this role you will provide clients with market-leading legal advice on their most important commercial transactions, including significant cross-border mergers and acquisitions, ground-breaking projects, complex capital markets fundraisings, financial regulation, inward investment, governance and risk management for companies' boards and corporate tax advice.
The Ideal Candidate: - You will have 4-6 years PQE.
