Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Interim Finance Accountant will include, but may not be limited to;
- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information
- Maintaining and updating financial databases
- Analysing and reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assisting with audits and financial statement preparation
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Supporting the finance team in project decision-making
- Contributing to financial risk management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Accountant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
- Not for Profit and Charities background
- Part qualified position
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Abilitie to commute to Chorley
