My client is a global award-winning SaaS provider with an exceptional revenue rate, ambitious growth plans, and an exciting work culture.
As part of their growth they are now looking for a Sales Order Processing Generalist to join the Customer Operations team overseeing the European region.
Role and responsibilities
- Processing all incoming sales orders in the CRM
- Processing all incoming Self-serve orders in the CRM
- Up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide usage reports where appropriate on request
- Manage admin against customer subscriptions (such as ownership changes)
- Manage billing changes for Resellers/Distributors
- Assisting with first line customer queries when passed from other departments
- Document sales process/common queries in Confluence (shared workspace software)
- Ensuring CRM data remains up to date (merge, updating account details)
- Email queries by customers and finance relating to orders
Requirements
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a Sales Admin role in an IT/SaaS environment.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Self-motivated team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous
