Hybrid Claims Auditor

£31,860 Per Annum

Tonbridge / Hybrid

Insurance firm with a rich legacy that emphasize quick turnaround times for claims resolution looking for Claims Auditor to participate in the development and implementation of the company's Claims Journey Audit program and procedures, ensuring a comprehensive audit of randomly selected claims.

You will be required to examine claims along with relevant call recordings and portal messages, as applicable, to evaluate and assign scores to claims processing and the overall customer journey.

Skills Required

• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in handling motor insurance claims and/or serving in a supervisory role within claims.
