Job Title: Secondary School Supply Teacher
Location: Shrewsbury

As part of a commitment to excellence, we are seeking dedicated and passionate Secondary School Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis.
: As a Secondary School Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that the learning environment remains conducive to student growth and development.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across various subjects and year groups, in line with the school curriculum.
* Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student learning.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and implementing the school's behaviour management policies when necessary.
* Providing constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and development.
* Collaborating with other staff members and following the school's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Previous experience working as a Secondary School Teacher, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and with different age groups.
* Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one.
