Pediatric Band 6 Nurse West London Homecare
Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques.
Job is in maidenhead must be able to commute from west London to maidenhead.
Skills: - Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
Experience:
- Complex care Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NMC (required).
- Driving Licence (preferred).
