Digital Account Manager – Nottingham/Hybrid
£35,000-£42,000
Due to ongoing expansion our client is now seeking a Digital Account Manager to join a team working on the latest ecommerce, content management and e-learning projects. As part of their continued growth, they are growing their account management team and are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join.
You will have the chance to work with several high-profile clients nationwide using their technology and services. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of tasks and projects aligned with the client’s commercial goals.
You will ideally be someone that is proactive and well-organised, someone who is full of ideas, innovative and takes a genuine interest in identifying the right solution for a client. A good communicator, someone who can make a complex technical problem sound simple, and someone who puts the client first.
Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day activities for clients, collaborating with internal teams.
- Reviews with clients, along with regular status reporting
- Internal performance reviews, monitoring client progress
- Identify opportunities for clients, working with specialists to build quarterly plans.
- Be main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and budgeted task delivery.
- Understand client needs, communicate, and brief the internal team accordingly.
- Explore opportunities to enhance client relationships, collaborating with specialists for upsells and cross-sells, and retainer package options.
Essential: - Experience in a client-facing account management role, ideally within an eCommerce or B2B software environment.
- Minimum 3 years of digital experience and the ability to manage multiple clients.
- Strong client relationship-building skills
- Stay updated on digital marketing, eCommerce, and technology trends.
- Willingness to travel within the UK occasionally for face-to-face client meetings.
- UK Drivers Licence for travelling to clients, events, and meetings.
Desirable: - Proficient in planning and communication tools (e.g. Trello) and presentation skills
- An understanding of marketing tools and Google Suite (Analytics, GTM etc.)
