Contracts Manager (Commercial Contractor) £60-£90K Experience dependent

Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including, but not limited to, managing projects and site teams, negotiations, various contractual duties such as executing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. You will work primarily from the office which is based in Verwood.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you\'ll need to be a strong negotiator and have strong contract management skills with excellent written and verbal communication. You\'ll possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sound knowledge of construction industry regulations and laws. You\'ll need the ability to understand and review contracts and be experienced with pre-construction documents and cost analyses. You\'ll need to have previous experience with procurement and client management. For the role, you\'ll also need to have previous experience of overseeing multiple projects, that range from £10k to £2m.
