Salary range: £39,000 + £1,200 car allowance

Nonstop Care is working with a well established independent fostering agency, in the East of England, who is looking for a skilled social worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

Whether your social work background is in fostering or front line work, this agency offers extensive training and development opportunities . This gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge into the fostering sector acquiring new skills and allowing you further career progression .

Along with this, they have a low caseload of around 13 foster carers giving you the chance to develop strong and lasting relationships with them. This will lead to better job satisfaction knowing you will be able to give the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible
• Manage a caseload in and around the Cambridgeshire area.
• Responsible for assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
• Experience working within the Social Care sector
