Head of MFL (French Focus)

An "Outstanding" All-Through School are on the hunt for a Head of MFL (French Focus) for either an April 2024 or September 2024 start. This is a full-time, and permanent position.

What will the role of Head of MFL (French Focus) entail?

• Raising attainment, and the pupils' numbers for French A Level
• Leading a team of MFL Teachers across both Primary & Secondary - Secondary will be the core focus
• Quality of teaching across Languages
• Delivering engaging lessons to avoid behavior issues!

The Head Teacher is keen to find a language enthusiast who can take the Schools MFL / Languages curriculum & department to the next level. You'll be given full support from SLT while the freedom to make changes where needed.

• Head of MFL (French Focus)

• MPS3 - UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience)
• Located in the Borough of Westminster

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have high standards for yourself & colleagues
• Strong teaching capacity in French at a minimum - both French & Spanish would be the dream!
• Willingness to lead from the front
• Must have UK QTS
• Graded "Outstanding" or "Good" in recent lesson observations
