Job description
Resource Planner needed in Bolton.
The hourly rate is £13.55ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will join a busy Home Support Reablement Team and will play a vital role in screening and allocating packages of support on behalf of the Home Based Reablement Service.
The role includes data entry of packages of care onto a computerised scheduling system and the support and maintenance of these IT systems. You will work alongside a team of resource planners to assist with queries and updating systems and reports on our own IT systems. You will provide quality rostering to ensure staff are deployed in the most effective manner to utilise both time and costs.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of the allocation of staff resources to cover all existing and new requests for support and have the ability to respond to customer demand from both internal and external partner agencies. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, able to work under pressure to meet competing demands and well-developed IT skills.
