Job description

We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a dedicated Otolaryngologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you'll focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing conditions related to the ears, nose, and throat (ENT) as well as related areas of the head and neck. Your contribution will be key in providing comprehensive care, performing surgeries, and enhancing our patients' quality of life. Ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for advancing in the field of otolaryngology.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients presenting ENT conditions, utilizing specialized equipment and techniques for accurate diagnosis.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs, including medical treatments and surgical procedures.
- Perform surgeries related to the ear, nose, throat, and neck, ensuring high standards of safety and care.
- Offer guidance and support to patients and their families, providing clear explanations of conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in otolaryngology to offer cutting-edge treatments.
- Participate in outreach and education initiatives within the community to promote ENT health awareness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Medical degree with a specialization in Otolaryngology, completed with residency.
- Full registration with the General Medical Council.
- Proven experience in otolaryngology, ideally with a minimum of 3 years post-residency.
- Exceptional diagnostic skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong surgical skills, with a record of successful ENT procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex conditions in a clear and compassionate manner.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Additional fellowship or advanced training in a subspecialty of otolaryngology.
- Leadership experience or qualities, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Participation in relevant research projects and contributions to otolaryngology literature.
