Job description
Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor thinking about a fresh new start working for a leading Tier 1?
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join my clients refurbishment team based in Sheffield with Hybrid working available. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within a specialist team, supporting them in various projects and areas. You will be involved with projects including renovations, major extensions, refurbishments, fire safety, cladding, decarbonisation, compliance, and design and build.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Your day to day will include:
Regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream and managing relationships with the Client and the appointed professional team.
Collaborative working with all external and internal stakeholders will be crucial, including mentoring/managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the growth of the hub
