Pay £11.42ph

Location: Fareham

FULL UK Driving license required.

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Fareham. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and

You will be supporting 3 people who live in their supported living home to help them live there best lives. They are very social and love nothing more than a good party or attending social events.

They also really enjoy;

- Arts & Crafts

- Listening to music

- The love of trains and buses

- Eating out, and going shopping

The role will involve:

- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

- Personal care / moving and handling

- Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry

- Supporting with medication

- Meal Preparation

Shift times : 7am - 2.30pm, 2.30pm - 10pm including sleep in, 7am-3.30pm or mid shifts 8am - 4.30pm. We are looking for flexibility in shift patterns, must be able to do a minimum of 1 sleep in a week and happy to work weekends.
