Fantastic opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join this reputable commercial litigation team who are based in across Somerset and Dorset. This commercial litigation solicitor will be working on a caseload for claimants and defendant on a varied commercial litigation caseload.
Your caseload will be varied and include all aspects of property litigation - landlord & tenant, dilapidations, neighbour disputes and breaches of covenant.
It is important that you are a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, ideally in property litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a firm who have an excellent local reputation, not only in property litigation, but firm wide.
