Job description
- Company and personal performance based annual bonus up to 10% of basic annual salary.
- 25 working days per year plus statutory public holidays (plus 1 additional day as 'Birthday Holiday’ to be taken within 2 weeks of actual birthday - noncontractual)

Our client is looking for a team player who wants to be an important part of a growing company to be a key individual within the company. You will be a car driver with strong Excel skills and confident with an ERP system. Processing customer orders and liaison with UK warehouse on stock, orders, delivery.
Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service & Operations Executive:
- Managing UK Customer Services
- Managing Customer New Line Form management
- Handing customer specific info: prices and product information
- Processing UK customer orders
- Handling invoices and credit requests with HQ
- Having regular contact with customers by phone, email
- Co-ordinating launches and promotions with customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints this also includes POD and credit notes
- Communicating with finance on credit limits and held orders to maximise shipments
Operations
- Communicating with UK Warehouse and managing stock control and management
- Coordinating with Operations Team in Spain and UK Sales department and Sales agents on stock and customer supplies
- Managing UK Road Transport Inbound traffic
- Liaison with freight forwarder from the UK Docs
- Handling outbound stock transfers UK to Spain
- Updating UK Database Management
- Consumer Services - handling consumer queries, responses, and complaints
- Working with Head of Marketing and FSDU supplier on the specification, creation, and production of season FSDU’s (Visual display units)
- UK FSDU Purchase Orders for Press & Independents for supplier
- Review, Check and Authorise Payment Invoices
- UK Stock Transfers, SAP Stock Adjustments and Wave Management from Warehouses
- Supervise Bi-Annual returns procedure for Press
- Attendance at Trade Fairs and exhibitions as required
Key Requirements for the Customer Service & Operations Executive:
- Motivated with the capability to work both individually and as a team member
- Brilliant PC skills - Excel & Outlook mandatory
- ERP system knowledge
- Experience in management SAP Business One would be a benefit
- Experience of dealing with UK warehouse operations
- Good organisational skills and capability to work to deadlines
- Good communication skills - Both written and oral
- Spanish speaker an advantage
- Car Driver
