Job description
To provide physiotherapy assessment, intervention and advice to patients on the adult mental health wards at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury. To manage and prioritise own caseload. To support the Multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients, including formal and informal teaching and guidance. To support audits, and quality improvement projects. To provide clinical supervision/education to more junior staff and students. To ensure safe and appropriate use of mobility and gym equipment. To support he development, implementation and evaluation of local protocols and guidelines.
