Job description
SCHOOL ADMIN ASSISTANT.
School Admin assistant/receptionist required to work at a school in Birmingham.
Job Role:
- Answering phone calls - speaking with parents and students
- Monitoring emails
- overlooking school visitors signing in/out
- taking calls regarding absences and informing relevant teachers/attendance officer
- passing information between relevant teachers/parents/pupils
- Sorting and distributing post
- Assisting with administration duties
Requirements:
- school admin experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must have ENHANCED DBS on the UPDATE SERVICE!
Hours: Monday to Friday full-time 8am-4.30pm
