If you’re an experienced, passionate and pro-active Digital Account Manager or Senior Digital Account Manager who is strategic and methodical, focused, and can think on your feet – we want to hear from you! Denholm is delighted to be working with a multi-award-winning marketing agency in Edinburgh, who are looking for a new Senior Digital Account Manager to join their team.This well-known and well-established agency works with big brand names in a range of sectors including FMCG, Retail, Public and Transportation and are well-known for their innovative experiential marketing, digital, brand, and creative campaigns.You’ll be working closely with clients as well as colleagues in project management, SEO, digital marketing, UX/UI, digital design, and front and back end developers. Many projects involve complex functionality and integrations, as well as E-commerce solutions, so there is a learning opportunity for anyone looking to be exposed to these areas, too. What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Digital Account Director and often working on large integrated campaigns across the business, main responsibilities include:* Leading client accounts within the agency, managing budgets, ensuring they are profitable and growing.* Applying strategic thinking and insight to all projects, driving them forward and addressing challenges where appropriate.* Taking overall responsibility for the client-agency relationship, developing and maintaining senior client relationships.* Seeking to build a good working rapport between the digital account management creative and development teams throughout the agency.* Overseeing the direction and delivery of quality web design, build, and digital marketing. And as a team producing proposals that address business problems and get results.* Adding value across clients and within the agency.* Regularly involved in new business, tenders and pitches, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.

Who we’re looking for: * 2+ Years of solid experience, either on agency or client side, working in digital with a focus on website build project management.* Experience of account managing clients and the web build process – from specification through design, development and project completion.* Understanding of digital marketing strategy, especially web builds, SEO and PPC.* Excellent organisational skills, project/deadline management, and time management. You’ll need to juggle many balls at once.* Self-starter – able to take tasks and run with them, and keep pushing to get stuff done on time and to budget.* Excellent overall team player.* Attention to detail and accuracy in all work with strong verbal and written communication skills.* Enthusiasm and passion for the industry and new developments/technologies.* Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written).* Able to present to and deal with senior clients directly.* Understanding and experience of usability, conversion rate optimisation, or mobile app builds.In return for all your hard work, you’ll be rewarded with a hybrid work schedule, healthy salary package, pension and life cover, generous holiday allowance and training budget.If this sounds like the perfect next career move for you, contact us today!
