Job description
This fabulous school in Weston Super Mare is looking for full time teaching assistants to join their team immediately. The school ideally would prefer TA's who have experience with SEN however are renowned for taking on candidates who are eager and willing to learn on the job.
There are several roles at this school dealing with different needs, such as a Non verbal student, Challenging behaviour, Severe Autism.

The ideal Teaching Assistant should:
- Have experience working as an Early Years, Key Stage 1 or 2 Class Teaching Assistant or SEN TA
- Be flexible and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Be able to work 8.30am - 4pm
