TPP is working with an ambitious, dynamic, and growing awarding organisation , committed to widening participation for all , to appoint a Product Lead .
This is a full time (35 hrs per week), permanent position , working fully remotely , with occasional office visits for whole staff team days - usually once every quarter .
Benefits - Product Lead:
- £34,000-37,000 per annum , depending on experience

About the role - Product Lead:
You will be required to provide exceptional project management skills through product development, regulation, and review processes relating to the validity of nominated regulated qualifications .
As part of the busy Product Team, you will develop and implement the qualifications and assessment strategies within your specific portfolio(s), using external contractors as agreed with the Head of Product.
Key responsibilities - Product Lead:
- Strategic planning and regulatory compliance:
- Lead the development and maintenance of a sector strategy and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic plan and regulatory requirements.
- Product lifecycle management:
- Oversee the lifecycle of products from development to withdrawal, guaranteeing compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the process.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring outstanding customer experience and achievement of product revenue targets.
- Leadership and team development:
- Line manage and mentor Product Officer(s), fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Project management and continuous improvement:
- Project manage product developments, including risk management, business case proposals, and continuous process improvement.
Skills / Experience required - Product Lead:
- At least 2 years' experience in an awarding organisation or education setting
- Experience of qualification and assessment design and delivery and regulatory compliance
- Experience in a curriculum development role
- Experience in people / contractor management
- Experience in managing budgets
Interview process:
- 2 stages
- 1st stage to be held on 2nd, 3rd and 4th April 2024
- IT Assessment and timed task to be completed prior to interview if successfully shortlisted
- 2nd stage to be held on 15th and 16th April 2024
