Job description
An opportunity has become available for an Engineering Manager to join a multinational satellite company based in London.
As an Engineering Manager you will have a number of responsibilities that include;
- Provide leadership to the engineering team (Test, Design and Mechanical Engineers)
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve core deliverables (including overseas offices)
- Act as a technical and managerial point of contact for the engineering team (i.e. providing technical support through the test and design phases)
- Support research and development of new products, including the definition of their architecture
To be considered for the Engineering Manager vacancy you must have:
- Prior experience in a management or leadership position
- Background in RF/Systems/Satcoms/Defence or a realted field (highly regulated)
- Good knowledge of engineering product development life cycle
- Any project tracking experience is highly advantageous
