Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Provide general project management activity to the sales team. This will include tasks such as developing scopes, budget and costs control, scheduling tasks and resource and risk management
- Develop and implement structures and tasks for planning, processes, delivery and monitoring and evaluation of the sales team activity
- Coordinate and communicate all elements of the project processes and expectations to internal managers and team members and external stakeholders and clients
- Collect and record required information from the sales team
Coordinate and analyse information to produce reports, graphs and statistics - Utilise a range of IT packages including Excel to undertake tasks across the team
- Carry out administration and coordination task on behalf of the team such as telephone calls, booking meetings, preparing information for clients and for the team
- Work in a team environment and communicate well with key team members and customers as required
- Apply health and safety processes and guidance when completing tasks
The training you will be getting
The successful candidate will work towards a Level 4 qualification in Associate Project Manager.
