Jardine Bury St Edmunds is looking for an After Sales Manager.
Your role Aftersales Managers within Jardine Motors Group play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional level of service from both front of house/workshop and everything in between. At BMW Bury St Edmunds, you will support in driving a collaborative culture within our already successful Aftersales department, with a headcount of over 20 team members and a 15 Technicians workshop. JMG will empower, support, and give you all the tools you need to thrive in an exciting environment
Your profile - A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with other departments to overcome challenges and solve problems quickly.
- A proven track record of continuous improvements to processes within a premium or luxury brand.
- Communication - we need you to be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at every level of the business.
