Blue Arrow has exciting new temporary opportunities for Chefs in Haslemere, Guildford and Horsham.

Flexible days & hours from Monday-Sunday

At Blue Arrow we are always on the lookout for talented chefs who want to improve their culinary skills and knowledge or work an extra shift to increase their income.

A highly organised chef who can turn their hand to canapés, a five-course dinner, or Care Home Cooking we want you to enjoy being a part of our tight-knit Flexible Chef team.

We require Chefs with:

* Knowledge and ability to run your section independently and effectively
* The ability to delegate tasks appropriately
* Ability to work without close supervision and deliver quality work
* Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills
* Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines
* Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Hygiene Level Two Certification.
* Good communication with all members of the team

Due to the various different types of locations we cover, your working environment can change from job to job, and even day to day, but we will endeavour to place you in the most suitable job role for you.
We regularly work with:

* Hotels, pubs, restaurants,
* Golf clubs, event establishments, and football/cricket stadiums.
* Schools, Nurseries, Universities, Hospitals and Care homes
To work in these environments, you will require a current Enhanced DBS check. We can process this with you after a payment of £48.50
