Aspire People are recruiting for Nursery Practitioner for a Nursery School
Pay - £11-£13.50 per hour
Location - Erdington
Hours - 8.30 am -15.30 pm - Term time only
Start date - after Easter half term
Are you passionate about Early Years? Do you have experience working in a Nursery schools or Private day Nurseries? As a qualified Nursery Practitioner you will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and comfortable working with children aged 2-4.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join Aspire People to work in a Nursery school in Erdington, This role is until July and will be Monday - Friday, starting after Easter Half term.
Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support and assistance to a range of students across Nursery class
* Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet the student's unique needs.
* Support the student's academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where the student can thrive.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the student's learning style and abilities.
* Assist with the assessment of the student's progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher and parents.
* Foster positive relationships with the student and establish clear communication channels with the school and parents.
* Uphold the school's values, policies, and procedures.
Requirements Needed:
* Level 2 or 3 qualifications in childcare or early years
* DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed
* Paediatric First Aid or willing to undergo 2-day training course
* Comfortable with nappies if required
* Able to provide 2 references one being from most recent employer
